Youth sponsorship Program
At CHAMP, we believe every child deserves the chance to play. Through our Youth Sponsorship Program, we partner with grassroots schools and sports clubs to provide underprivileged young athletes with the protective gear they need to stay safe and play with confidence. By reducing the financial burden of essential equipment, we help more kids get involved in sport—because access should never be a barrier to participation.
Giving back is at the heart of what we do. We know that sport has the power to shape futures, keeping kids engaged, active, and off the streets. By supporting local clubs and communities, we’re helping young athletes stay in the game, chase their dreams, and reach their full potential.

CHAMP x Triple M Rush Hour
In March 2024, CHAMP partnered with Triple M Rush Hour North Queensland to give back to local rugby league communities. Recognizing the challenges many clubs face in accessing essential protective gear, we launched an initiative to support young athletes with the protection they need to play safely and confidently.
Teams from across North Queensland were invited to enter online via Triple M’s website, sharing why their squad deserved to be selected. With the help of radio host Elliott Lovejoy and the Triple M Rush Hour team, three deserving clubs were chosen to receive a full squad’s worth of CHAMP protection gear.
Each player in the selected teams was equipped with boil-and-bite mouthguards, ensuring they had the safety and confidence to focus on the game. By providing protection to entire squads, we played a role in creating a safer, more inclusive playing environment, reinforcing our commitment to supporting grassroots sport and keeping kids in the game.

Champ X Wests Tigers
In 2021 and 2022, we partnered with the Wests Tigers —a club that shares our passion for player welfare and youth development. Through this sponsorship, we provided custom-fitted mouthguards for players across all levels of the club’s pathways program—from juniors and women’s teams to the NRL squad, ensuring every athlete had access to the protection they needed to play with confidence.
Rugby league is a high-impact sport, and player safety is a priority for both CHAMP and the Wests Tigers. Professionally fitted mouthguards don’t just protect teeth—they give players the security to focus on their game without hesitation. But for us, this partnership was about more than just gear—it was about supporting young athletes on their journey. By equipping players at every stage of their development, we’re helping to shape the next generation of rugby league talent, making sure they have the protection, confidence, and opportunity to chase their dreams.

Champ X South Sydney’s Youth
Since 2016, CHAMP has proudly supported local sports clubs in the South East Sydney District. Each year, we partner with multiple clubs to provide funding that helps eliminate registration fees for all participants. These funds go directly toward training, playing gear, and insurance, making sure every player has what they need to take the field without financial barriers holding them back.
But for us, it’s about more than just funding—it’s about being part of the community.
We’ve seen firsthand how this support changes lives—helping kids who might have missed out find their place in a team, build confidence, and develop friendships and skills that go far beyond the game. Our passion for grassroots sport is driven by CHAMP Director, Cem, who has played an integral role in rugby league pathway programs as both a coach and mentor. His firsthand experience with local clubs has shown us the challenges they face and the difference the right support can make. From game days to training sessions, we’re proud to help make it all possible—because every kid deserves the chance to play.
