Refund policy
At CHAMP, we’re committed to delivering high-quality protective gear that meets the expectations of athletes and families alike. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent returns and warranty process.
To qualify for a return for a store credit, your item(s) must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In original packaging, with tags and labels still attached
- Free of stains, odours, or signs of wear
- Protective gear (e.g. headguards, vests) must be returned in hygienic and re-sellable condition
Custom-made, Boil & Bite mouthguards and used impression kits are non-refundable once use has commenced or packaging is opened.
Sale or clearance items, gift cards, downloadable or digital content and worn protective gear or apparel are also not eligible for return
Return Process
Start a return by emailing our customer support team at support@champ.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return your items to:

Please include a note with your Order Number, Full Name, and reason for return.
CHAMP does not cover return shipping unless the item is deemed defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage. CHAMP is not responsible for items lost in transit.
For hygiene and safety, items that do not meet the eligibility standards will not be accepted.
Store Credit & Refunds
All approved returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a CHAMP Gift Code.
Shipping fees and impression kit costs are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after they are received and inspected. We do not issue refunds back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Due to limited stock and fluctuating sizing availability, CHAMP does not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning your item in accordance with the returns policy and placing a new order with your store credit once processed.
Late Returns
Returns received after 30 days of delivery are considered stale and may not be accepted. If we choose to accept a late return, store credit may be reduced to cover handling and restocking.
CHAMP reserves the right to refuse returns from customers showing patterns of excessive or suspicious return behaviour, deny returns that do not meet hygiene or condition standards, and modify or update this policy without prior notice.
