At Champ, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using Australia Post for reliable, trackable delivery. However, we may occasionally use alternative carriers to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery depending on your location or the size of your order.

Processing Times

  • Custom Mouthguards: Please allow 10 business days for production once we’ve received your impression during peak season it could stretch out to 15 business days. We do offer a RUSH order service which guarentees turnaround within 5 business days for an additional fee of $50.

  • DIY Kits, Apparel & Gear: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
    Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as public holidays, peak periods, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout as a fixed fee.

  • Free shipping may be available on select promotions or minimum spend thresholds—check our banners or promotions for current offers.

International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact our team directly.
